Our website aims to provide a service to allow the ordering of personalised items. Our website may be taken offline at any point for updates.
To the extent permitted by the law, Involutiongifts.com will not be liable for any loss or damage, both indirect and direct, as a result of using our website or products.
In the event that the user inputs an incorrect delivery and/or contact details then we will not be held responsible for any lost orders or deliveries.
A large number of products featured on Involutiongifts.com are made to order. All payments for personalised goods must be taken in advance of production due to the bespoke nature of the products. Please note that made to order and personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or make any amendments to personalisation. Placing an order is confirmation that the customer accepts full liability for the information provided. Due to the nature of personalised goods we cannot offer a refund for personalisation mistakes for data entered incorrectly by the customer.
All orders are processed and despatched using a variety of carriers. In the event that the carrier fails to make a delivery to the address on the order then we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed and we cannot accept liability for any delivery delays.
All prices are in UK pounds (£), inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery.
Involution Ltd is a registered in England and Wales and owns and operates e-commerce websites, collectively referred to as "Involution Gifts", "we" or "us" in this policy.
Our aim is to ensure that users have a pleasant, safe and secure shopping experience. A significant part of this is ensuring that we look after any personal data that users share with us. How long do we keep user data?
Involution Gifts will not retain user data for longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however, we normally hold personal data for 7 years.
