At Involution Gifts, we take pride in our exceptional quality, friendly customer service and speedy turnaround time. We aim to ship all our orders next day via DPD, and dependent on the delivery option chosen, you can expect the following:
(England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Standard tracked delivery at £5.99 - items will arrive within 5 – 7 working days.
Express tracked delivery at £7.99 - items will arrive within 3 – 5 working days.
For orders over £50, standard shipping will be offered free of charge.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any shipping outside of the UK currently. We do hope to offer this service again in the future.
In the unlikely event, we will not achieve the above lead-times we will always endeavour to contact you in advance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Involution Gifts we take huge care into finalising your personalised gifts, with strict quality controls to accurately meet your customisation request.
Please note that the colours of the garments may differ slightly than what you can see on screen, but this is due to digital display colours. We do, however, try to best present the colour correctly in our photos.
Due to the nature of our gifts being personalised, as a standard rule, we do not accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by us or an item is faulty. However, if an item has been ordered and production has not taken place, we are able to offer a refund.
In regards to items with personalised text, it is very important that you check and confirm that your personalisation is correct. Should you notice that you have made a mistake in your personalisation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the corrections and if production has not started, we’ll gladly make the alterations. If production has already taken place, unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the finalised design and no return or refund can be given.
If, however, we have incorrectly personalised your item, we will take full responsibility and replace the item free of charge. Also on the very rare occasion, if an item is faulty, we will also replace your order like for like if this has been flagged within 5 days.
All we ask is that you get in touch with us email@example.com to liaise the replacement item and our friendly team will give you the relevant information and instructions. You will have to cover your own postage charge and please obtain proof of postage.
