Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to our items being personalised to customers, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrectly personalised from your confirmed text.

Should you personally notice a mistake in your own personalisation after approval, we cannot take responsibility for items that may have already gone into production. However, please do get in touch with our team, and should the item not have gone into production, we will gladly alter your personalisation.

Similarly to personalisation, if you ordered the wrong product or colour, if production has not taken place, we will gladly amend to your preferred choice.

When can I expect my refund?

Should you wish to not receive a replacement item for any faulty or incorrect gifts, and instead wish for a refund, you can expect your monies to arrive within two weeks and paid back into the account you originally paid from.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Based on the shipping options you have chosen, our standard delivery via DPD will come within 5-7 days and our express delivery vis DPD will arrive with 3-5 days. You can find out more about our shipping here.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, at the moment, we only offer UK shipping. We do hope in the future to be able to offer international shipping again.

How much is shipping?

I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?

All our orders are sent tracked via DPD, so the arrival of your order depends upon the delivery option you have chosen.

If you have selected express delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 days, whilst standard shipping can take up to 7 days for mainland UK. For any non-mainland UK addresses, please allow up to 2 weeks.

You should have also received a tracking link from DPD. If you have not received a link or the delivery date has surpassed, please get in touch with us and we’ll help you further.

Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely, we’ll gladly update your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t already left us.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We will gladly accept any changes or cancellations as long as items have not gone into production. In order to help you with this, we would need you to alert us quickly to avoid your order being processed.

What happens if my order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect?

In an unlikely situation that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly personalised item, then we will gladly replace this for you. You can read more about this here.

Are you available in stores?

At the moment we are not available in stores and exclusively online, but if you’re a retailer and would like to stock any of our products, get in touch.
